Hello from Addiction Sound Studios. “One of the great Bob’s (Bob O) ” told me to drop in and say Hello!
JUST rebuild the Mix Room Rig, replacing a 10 year old cylindrical MacPro Trashcan with a MacStudio.
I’ve been installing and downloading and configuring and setting preferences, and templates and presets and apps and software installations for THREE FULL DAYS and I’m almost done to where my workhorse machine had evolved to over the last decade.

oh, and how zippy is that Mac Studio for you. We have a 12 core cylinder going very well on Pro Tools in Studio B.

Hi Bob, I’ve avoided having my name as the “Handle” on Every post on Audio forums, as eventually search engines pull up 1000’s of conversations long before any of my professional content, discography, podcasts, publicity etc.
I’m never a troll / anonymous poster, as in my “Profile Section” on PRW, DUC, GearSlutz (Or whatever it is now) and other forums I always put my name and have a link to my identity, but I’m afraid if I’m unable to exclude my last name from my “Handle” on every post, I’ll likely digress from feeding the search engine indexes.

Dear David: I’ll also PM you with this. I’ll have to get a vote of my moderators to make you an exception. Would a compromise be acceptable? Say, David “Kingfish” as the display name? Without the last name? I just fear it will start a flood as we really do not want people to post anonymously in our forum.
