In your opinion, what are the most important criteria of an uncoloured DAC, in what order?
Frequency response, THD, IMD, multi-tone distortion, phase, interpolation filter, jitter…
The site Audioscienereview measures extremely good values for cheap DACs, some of which are better than older mastering converters. What do you think, are these measurements meaningful and would these cheap DACs be suitable for mastering if they are transparent or are other factors more important?

For example, a expensive Weiss DAC has worse THD than cheap Topping or SMSL DACs. At what point can we ignore measurements because they are no longer audible to us?
