When you say “To be almost 100% absolutely safe you need your highest peak (including intersample) to be approximately at -4dBFS” how does that jive with the peak of -1.0 dBFS recommended by digital aggregators? Which, I understand, prevents distortion from occurring when converting from 24/44.1 or 16/44.1 to the compressed formats that are used by streaming services.
