Note that you will need Toast Titanium for this. You can download it here. First unstuff it using stuffit expander, if it has not automatically unstuffed itself. Open Toast, go to the "Copy"-tab. On the left, in the basic-tab, select image file. Here, click on "Select…" and locate the image file you just downloaded. Then you'll be able to hit "burn" and your CD will be burned, after which it can be played from any CD-player.
